Oklahoma Media Group pitched the Arts Council with the idea of having a mobile web site, specifically optimized for and aimed at mobile devices and users.
The Festival is an event with many performing artists on various stages, multiple opportunities for entertainment and dining. The mobile site provides a way for users to get real-time information while they are on site at the event.
